Waleteer is still in development. Sign-ups are closed to the public for now.
Know where you stand, to the last cent.
Accounts, savings, cards and loans, side by side. Waleteer works out the interest, the tax on it and every instalment the way your bank does — and shows you where the money actually went.

What you get
Built for the way money really works
Withholding tax, stamp duty, instalments, a card with a debit day: the awkward parts are already handled, so you never have to bend your finances to fit the app.
Every account you have
Current accounts, savings, cards, loans, cash and investments — each behaving like the real thing, not one generic list.
Interest, after the tax
Interest lands gross and the withholding leaves on its own line, so you see what you actually earned. Stamp duty on loans and cards too.
Your loan, as the bank sees it
Every instalment split into capital, interest and tax. Pay extra and choose: a shorter term, or a smaller instalment.
Budgets that remember
What you do not spend this month carries into the next, and goals live inside your savings, so that money has a name.
It lines itself up
Card payments, loan instalments and savings deposits turn up on their day, waiting for you to confirm them.
Your statement, in seconds
Bring in CSV, OFX or QIF straight from your bank. Nothing arrives twice, and your rules file it all by category.
Receipts where they belong
Keep the receipt with the expense, and split one bill across the categories it really belongs to.
A nudge, never a nag
A word when a budget runs tight, a payment is at the door or a goal is reached. Nothing else.
Yours alone
Two-factor sign-in, a separate session for every device, and each amount stored as whole cents.
Inside
Have a look around first
Four of the screens you would live in, drawn from the same code the app runs on. Pick one.
What you are worth, what came in and went out, and where it went — the first thing you see.

Loans and cards
Stop wondering what the interest costs you
Add what you still owe, the rate and the term. Waleteer splits each instalment the way the bank splits it, and tells you what is left and the month you are done.
- Capital, interest and stamp duty, instalment by instalment
- Pay extra and choose what it shortens: the term or the instalment
- Card interest only on what the statement left unpaid

Why not a spreadsheet, or the bank's app?

Your data
It organises your money. It never touches it.
Waleteer has no access to your bank and makes no payments. What you put in stays yours — to take with you or to delete.
Privacy Policy-
No access to your money
It does not hold money, move it or connect to your bank. An automatic payment here is a record, not an order to anyone.
-
No ads, no data sold
Your data is used to run the service and nothing else. The Privacy Policy says exactly what and for how long.
-
Take everything with you
Download all your data from Settings whenever you like, without asking anybody.

-
Exact to the cent
Every amount is stored in whole cents, never as a rounded decimal, so the totals always add up.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes — no countdown, no card. It only caps how many wallets, budgets and rules you can create.
What does Pro cost?
4,99 € a month, VAT included, or 42,99 € a year (3,58 € a month) — save 28%. It is a subscription you can stop whenever you like, and it renews until you do. The free plan has no end date, so you can stay on it.
Can I sign up today?
Not yet. Waleteer is still in development and an account needs an invitation, so the rest of the page is what there is to see for now. Leave your address in the form at the top of the page, or write to [email protected], and we will send you one email when it opens.
Does it connect to my bank?
Not yet. You record what you spend, or import your bank's statement as CSV, OFX or QIF — and nothing is imported twice.
Does Waleteer touch my money?
Never. It organises your finances and nothing else: it holds no money and makes no payments. An automatic payment here is a record, not an order to your bank.
How does sharing work?
With Pro you create a household, invite people by email and decide which wallets they see and whether they can record. The people you invite do not need Pro.
What if I leave Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Everything you created stays readable and editable; you simply cannot add beyond the free limits, and shared wallets pause for the others until you are back.
What do you do with my data?
We use it to run the service. We do not sell it and we show no ads. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
Be the first to know.
Waleteer opens to everyone soon. Leave your email and we will write the day it does.
